教学目标

1.      会说服饰类单词,如T-shirt, coat, dress, scarf 等以及句型Look at… 和用于赞美的句式。

2.      能较流利地朗读故事并了解故事的大意。

3.      能自然流利地表达故事。

  4.通过学习知道自己动手改造物品来帮助自己和他人。

教学重难点

重点:

1会说服饰类单词,如T-shirt, coat, dress,   scarf 等以及句型Look at… 和用于赞美的句式。

2能较流利地朗读故事并了解故事的大意。

难点:

1. 尝试模仿和表演其中精彩片段

2.能够表达自己对故事中人和事的看法

教学过程

Step1 Warm up

A.      Sing a song “Who is wearing yellow today?”

B.      Free talk

Good morning, boys and girls .Look! I’m   wearing a jacket today. I want to sing a clothes song. Can you sing with me?

Who is wearing a jacket today? A jacket   today, a jacket today? 然后引导与老师穿一样的孩子站起来唱I’m wearing a …today … today.

Step   2 Lead in

1T: Class begins! First let’s play Magic eyes. I have some beautiful   clothes here. Do you know them?  Now   let’s have a look. 出示 beautiful clothes。教Scarf 等(复现不同颜色的衣服及新词)最后停在A red coat 上。

2Look at this coat. What colour is it? Ss: It’s red. Yes. It’s a red coat.   Today our story is…(板书课题A red coat,让学生齐读一遍) Whose coat is this? Can you have a guess? You may ask:  Is it …’s? ( Giraffe’s  horse’s    sheep’s  chichen’s  pig’s    cow’s)

Well, let’s listen and check.(播放第一幅图和录音) Wow!

You’re right. It’s the giraffe Nancy’s.   And it’s Nancy’s birthday present.

Step3 Presentation

(1)   Look at the snow. Which season is Nancy’s birthday in?  Is it in spring, summer, autumn or winter?

Winter! Yes ,it’ s winter.  The coat can keep her warm.

But now, Look ! The flowers are coming   out. Which season is it?(放录音) Yes, it is spring.  Nancy is   taller and the coat is short for her.    But listen(Nancy的录音) Oh, Nancy has a good idea. What’s her good idea? Look here. She will   DIY it. Let’s watch and find out the changes of the clothes.(学生完成思维导图)

Check the answers 板书衣服的变化: a coat------ a dress----- a T-shirt-----a scarf----- a headwear

引导学生回答:At first the coat is changed into a dress, then the dress is changed into   a T-shirtand then the T-shirt is changed into a scarf. At last, the scarf is   changed into a headwear.

(2)   Well done. Now let’s find the owner(主人) of the clothes.

You can underline the key phrases and   sentences.

引导学生回答: The dress is for… Helen shows her dress to her friends.板书人物和句型: This is for you . Look at my new … You look great.  It’s cute .

How do you know the answer? Let’s check.(对每个场景仿读,教师示范,请一个孩子配合表演。) 请其他孩子来表演完成剩下三个衣服的主人。

3 You did a good   job! Now let’s read after the tape.

(4 ) Read the story together.

(5) You did very well. There are five parts in the story.

 In Part1 The giraffe Nancy’s   mother gives Nancy a red coat as a present.

In Part2 Nancy makes the dress into a dress and give it to MISS horse Helen.

In Part3 Helen makes the dress into a T-shirt and give it to the Sheep   Mike.

In Part4 Mike makes the T-shirt into a scarf and give it to the chicken   Ben.

In Part5 Ben makes the T-shirt into a headwear and gives it to Nancy.

So Nancy says:  My coat comes back!   Do you like the story?

Now let’s act. Part1 I’m the giraffe Nancy . Who wants to be the horse   Helen?(师生共演故事)

Scene1 引导旁白者说: It is winter. Nancy is at home. It’s snowy and cold but I’m very happy   because it’s my birthday today. My friends come, We are having a party.当妈妈送衣服给自己时: Is this coat for me? I like it very much. Thank you, Mum. Look at my new   coat, my friends.

Scene2 It is spring. I t’s warm. Look at me, Mum. I’m taller. The coat is   short for me. What a pity! But I have a good idea. This is for you.

Scene3 It is summer. It is hot.

Scene4 It is autumn. It is cool.

Scene5 It is winter again. Nancy’s birthday comes.

DO you like our show? Now , it’s your turn. Choose one part and act in   your group.

Step4 Summary

Well done ,boys and girls. What a funny story The animal   friends are very happy. What do you know from the story?

We should know that:  We can DIY   with old things to help ourselves and the others. we can make the life   beautiful.

Homework:

1.      Try to tell the story to your partner.

2.      Try to DIY to help the others.
