Unit 5 Look at me!Story time

教学目标

1.能正确认读新词: cap, T-shirt, skirt, jacket, sweater.

2.能了解和初步运用句型 Look at my…和服装类新词来展示自己的衣服,并会用It’s nice./How nice!/It’s great./Great.在适当的情境下评价他人的衣服。

3.能听懂展示新衣情境下的对话。

4.能认读和朗读story time部分的句子。

5.能初步运用所学内容展示自己的新衣。

6.能自信地展示自己的新衣,并真诚地赞扬他人的衣物等。

教学重点

Step 1.Free talk

1. Good afternoon,boys and girls.

2.How are you?

3.Look, this is my friend, Dora.

 Can you introduce your friend like this?

Step 2. Pre-reading

1.Look at Dora. Is she nice? Is she cool? Teach: nice,cool

(出示图片)Chant: Look at Helen! Nice! Nice! Nice!

      Look at Mike! Cool! Cool! Cool!

T: Look at me! (引导学生说Nice! Nice! Nice!)

Can you show yourselves like this?

Ss: Look at me!  Teach: Great!

2.T: You all look so great, and I love your nice clothes very much! (指着某学生所穿毛衣)What’s this? Teach:sweater

T: Who has a sweater? (引导学生说my sweater)

S: Look at my sweater!

Teach: Look at…

T: It’s nice. / How nice!

Teach: It’s nice/How nice! 渗透it’s cool/ How cool!

Step 3. While-reading

1.T: Look at Yang Ling! What do you think of YL?(nice!/Great!/...)

What is she going to do?(Maybe she’ll have a show.)

2. Listen and tick: What clothes does YL wear?

Ss: listen and tick    

T: check Let’s check the answer, you can answer like this: YL wears...

3.Watch , match and read: How does YL show her nice clothes? What does she say?

Ss: Watch and match

T: Check and read(在读的过程中抛出问题why does YL say”Look at me!”at last?)!

Ss: (在老师的帮助下找出原因)She dresses well. She likes her nice clothes very much.

T:  When can we say like this ?

Ss: Read in the role of YL with the emotion.

4.Listen and repeat:  Does YL’s mother like her clothes? What does she say?

T: 找出需要投入感情朗读的单词,跟录音读,体会重读的意义。

When can we say like this?

 How do we give praise?

Can you give praise in different ways?

Ss: Read in the role of YL’ mother with the emotion.

5.Read the whole story with the emotion.

6.Choose a way to read.

Step 4. Post-reading

1.It’s time to show your reading.

教学反思

本单元以“Clothes”为主题,通过本单元的学习,学生能够谈论衣物并作出适当的评价。Story time板块的场景是在Yang Ling的房间里。Yang Ling在衣柜前换穿不同的衣服,为魔术表演做准备。Yang Ling展示衣服给妈妈看,妈妈在旁评论她试穿的每一件衣服本节课,教师设计了丰富的活动,鼓励学生自信地运用语言展示衣服,礼貌地赞美,学生获得了积极的情感体验,学习兴趣高涨。
