第十五次建构清晰有效的小学数学课堂教学研究

2月17日(星期五)上午8:20—11:20,在四楼多媒体教室举行第十五次建构清晰有效的小学数学课堂教学研究,由任晓霞老师执教一下《认识整十数》,并邀请汪主任点评。
《认识整十数》是在学生已经学会从1数到20,并且知道把10根小棒捆成一捆表示1个十,2个十是20。认识100以内的整十数就从这基础上进行,教材共安排了两个例题。第一个例题教学数整十数。通过“每捆小棒是10根,3捆是多少根?6捆呢”的提问,认识整十数,巩固并发展学生对“十”的认识。然后通过十根十根地数,从十数到一百,给出“10个十是一百”。第二个例题教学读、写整十数和一百。先用计数器上的算珠表示数,再比照计数器上的算珠写出数,并认、读这些数,给出个位、十位、百位的数位顺序。随后的“想想做做”共安排8道题。第1~3题,通过十个十个地数珠子或小木块,帮助学生巩固对几个十是几十的认识。第4、5题通过画算珠、填空等活动,帮助学生进一步理解整十数的含义。第6、7题练习整十数的写法和读法。第8题是猜数游戏,帮助学生感受整十数与整十数之间的关系。
1、情境创设体现“趣”。兴趣是最好的老师,特别对一年级的孩子来说,生动有趣的课才符合他们的口味,才能激发学生的学习兴趣,让他们在生动具体的情境中理解和认识数学知识。在课开始,任老师将带领学生走进羊村去看一场别开生面的羊羊运动会,这次比的是捆小棒比赛,在相同时间内,谁捆的多,谁就赢。一号选手暖羊羊上场了,他捆了三捆是多少根,二号选手美羊羊捆了六捆是多少根、三号选手喜羊羊捆了十捆是多少根?让学生在观看比赛的过程中认识整十数,建立整十数的表象,知道十个十是一百。在帮助老村长颁奖过程中,学习读写整十数和一百,同时,在给运动员设立冠军、亚军、季军中渗透数的大小比较,“你有什么话想跟落榜的暖羊羊说?”让学生学会正确的对待失败,学会安慰与鼓励他人。这样的情景学生感兴趣,他们学的开心,学的快乐!
2、练习设计体现“巧”。练习是掌握知识,形成技能、技巧的重要环节。“练习设计巧为径”,我在充分解读文本,理解其设计意图的基础上,对书上的练习进行适当的包装、整合,体现一个“巧”字。如在帮助小兔数珠子,帮小猴、小鹿数方块的过程中,加深对整十数的认识,掌握整十数的组成;在给数宝宝排队中,掌握整十数的读写方法,体会数与数之间的联系,初步培养学生的数感;在说你喜欢运动员的号数,让其他同学猜猜是谁?中练习读数,学生兴趣盎然,其乐融融;在用今天学习的整十数来评价自己在这节课中的表现?学生个个小手林立,跃跃欲试,畅所欲言,将这一堂课推向高潮,精彩绽放。此时,学生不仅学会了知识,还学会了客观公正的评价他人和自我,认识自我,建立自信心,培养良好的数学情感与态度。
3、数学课堂体现“和谐”。社会需要和谐,课堂也需要和谐。数学课堂和谐不仅体现在师生关系要和谐,更主要的是体现在“数学化”与 “生活化”的和谐统一。纵观整节课,通过构建小学生喜闻乐见的生活情景,引导学生经历数学的思考过程,让学生体验数学学习的乐趣,同过解决羊羊运动会和用数来评价自己的表现等中,深刻的体会数的产生与发展,在用数进行表达与交流的中,体验数在生活中的作用,彰显数学的魅力,达到了儿童现实生活与数学理念的和谐统一。
1、及时、精彩地评价和点拨。精彩的评价语是营造良好课堂气氛的润滑剂,在整节课中我的评价语言比较单调、枯燥。只用“很好”、“你真棒!”对学生的回答做些简单、肤浅的评价。我想,这样的评价语言学生在课堂上都听腻了。如,教师指名学生上台书写10~100的数,学生写的全对,我只表扬到“你真棒!”习惯性的打了一个大大的勾,并没有做过多的评价。如我在此环节中能这样评价:“你真棒,这一勾表示老师的最高奖励,这不仅仅是一个勾,这勾出了我对你们的期望,勾出了你们在这节课上的成功。”“那你们能用今天学习的一个数来打分吗?”学生根据平时的经验自然会想到打100分。然后教师再用红分笔写一个大大的100。说到:“同学们,你们看,鲜红的100分在向我们热情的招手,向我们发出挑战!老师预祝同学们在以后的考试中多多得100分!”这样的评价语学生能够得到更好的鼓励。
2关注现实,走向生成 。生成的的课堂需要耐心和智慧。课堂之所以是充满生命力的,就是因为我们面对的是一个个鲜活的生命体;课堂教学的价值就在于每节课都是不可复制的生命历程。追求生命的意义应成为数学教学的起点与归宿。生成的课堂需要教师善于激发学生的学习需求,需要教师展示学生真实的学习过程,特别是要善待学生学习过程中出现的错误和不足,充分利用学生的资源,化不利因素为有利因素,让你的课堂精彩绽放,这样需要教师的课堂机智和良好的课堂驾驭能力,我想这方面应该要努力提高。
