教材分析:
本单元主要学习如何谈论家居物品以及物品的方位,要求学生能掌握家居物品的名称如:bathroom、bedroom、kitchen 、living room,掌握家中表示物品的单词如:a clock/a sofa/a fridge/a table. 在句型方面,要求学生掌握Where’s …?It’s…Where’re…?They’re…通过Fun time中画一画、说一说的形式,激发学生的兴趣,让学生充分扎实掌握该句型及其单复数的运用,从而能正确灵活的来表达物品的方位,通过本单元单词和句型的学习,要求学生能充分的掌握单复数的运用,能够利用所学的知识向其他人截杀亲自己的家,能说明一些物品的位置关系。此外,本单元要求学生会唱歌曲I love my bedroom.能让学生发现掌握字母K在单词中的发音,教师可以结合第一单元字母g发音,让学生感知了解清楚辅音与浊辅音的区别。
教学目标:
1、通过自学和互助学习,在情景中掌握单词sofa,fridge, bedroom,living room, kitchen, bathroom。
2、初步感知句型Where is/are …?It’s/They’re…,并尝试运用这些句型来谈论单复数物品的方位。
3、通过看图、听录音和阅读等方式学习文本,把握文章的主要内容。
4、通过自主探究和合作学习,提高学生英语语言的思维能力和交际能力。
5、通过对家庭布置的交流,激发起学生对家的热爱之情。

Step 1 Review
1.Game
If you see a picture, please say it; if you see a word, please read it; if you see a bomb, please stand up and shout: “ Bomb!”

2.Sing a song “ Where’s the bird?”
(承接游戏最后停留在“a bird”) Yes, this is a bird. Where’s the bird? Let’s sing a song.
3.T: From this song, we know “ Where’s the bird?”(出示句条:Where’s the…?)
S: It’s in the tree. (出示句条: It’s….)
T: Where are her friends?
S:They’re in the tree. (出示句条:Where are…? They’re…并教学they’re=they are及此句型)
T: Look, the birds fly away. Where are the birds? Haha, they are in Su Yang and Su Hai’s new home. 播放 “ Welcome to our new home”. So today we will learn Unit5 our new home. 教学home并揭题
