Home is best研究课教案2018.03.30

 

  1. 教学内容

    本课时教材跟上兔子系列四年级绘本内容,文中Mr Parrot一开始嫌弃自己的家又老又旧,想要到外面寻找自己喜欢的家,结果在一次又一次的寻找中,因为各种原因未能找到,最后又累又饿才发现自己的家时多么温暖和漂亮,从中希望学生悟出金窝银窝不如自家狗窝的道理。

  2. 学生分析

    我校地处农村,我班学生平时阅读材料欠缺,阅读量不足, 平时英语阅读开展也不到位,学生的阅读兴趣不浓烈,如果简单的看故事图片,学生愿意看,但是真正细看文章的时候,学生就会有畏难情绪。所以学生缺乏阅读技巧,词汇积累也不到位,这些都阻碍了学生的英语学习,需要我们一起努力改进。

  3. 教学目标:

1. 学生能掌握wet,windy,noise,wet,dangerous,dirty等单词,及短语leave,move in,live, bump into等短语。

2. 学生能够流畅的有感情阅读故事和理解故事,并能尝试复述及表演。

3.学生能发觉自己的家最好,从情感上了解金窝银窝不如自己的狗窝。

四. 教学重难点:掌握本课重点单词及短语,并且学生能够流畅的有感情阅读故事和理解故事内容并表演。

五. 教学过程:

  1. Let’s enjoy

 Enjoy a song

What’s this song about? What do you think of the rabbit’s home? It is sweet.

  1. Let’s match

Different animals have different places. Where do these animals live? Can you match.

What do you think of their home? You can answer like thatI think….

But look at Mr parrot. Is he happy? Why? Ok, you have different ideas. Let’s check

  1. Let’s read

He thinks his home is little and old. What will he do?look at the picture, can you guess?

Great, he looks for a new one. then look at this picture,listen, what happened? Mr parrot bumps into something. What’s that? Yes it’s his old house, but now it looks warm and nice. At first, he thinks his house is little and old, but now it looks warm and nice. Why?

  1. Let’s watch and tick

What palces does Mr parrot go?

Let’s read the first place, and try to tell us why he has to leave? Because somebody else lives here, whose house is it? Yes it’s squirrel’s house. Poor parrot.

  1. Let’s try to act. Two people a group. One act and one talk. We can use these words. Ok? One minute.

Then, let’s find why he cannot live in the second place.  Open your book on page 8 to 9. read and circle the reasons why he can’t live in this place? Be quick.

Ok let’s check. At first, he thinks this place looks good but It’s too wet and cold.

Now can you try to act it. (师示范一下)

  1. Read and work together

    Five people a group read p10-18, one man for one place, and try to tell others why can’t Mr parrot choose this place. Are you clear? Let’s go.

  2. Let’s think

What does this story tell us?

East(东方) or west(西方), home is best!

  1. Let’s read after the tape.

  2. Let’s act

    Four students a group one will be the parrot, the others will dub for the story. You can say it together or you can say it one by one. If you can say two or three places, you can get three stars. If you can say four or five places, you can get four stars. If you can say six or seven places, you can get five stars.

  3. Homework

  4. Tell this story to your parents.

六.教学反思

这是我班学生第一次阅读绘本,平时学生绘本阅读的少,阅读材料欠缺,只是通过一起作业上阅读,学生的阅读量不大,阅读质量也不高,词汇相对较缺乏,这些都阻碍了学生阅读,所以本课学生的词汇较欠缺,我的词汇教学方面也欠缺足够的思考,单词教的较仓促,学生掌握的也不够好,同时板书设计的也不够全面,学生在最后输出的时候较艰难。整个课程流程还可以再完善一点,所以在绘本教学中还需继续学习研究。
