Unit7  On the farm教学设计

第一课时教学设计:

学习目标:

1.能初步听懂、会说和会读日常交际用语Welcome to… What are   these/those? They’re… Are these/those…? Yes, they are. /No, they aren’t.
  2.
能听懂、会说、会读和会拼写单词farm, they, those,   apple, pear, orange

能听懂、会说、会读单词pigcowchicken, duck

3.能在真实的情景中运用What are these /   those? Are these / those…? 和日常交际用语Nice   to meet you, Mike. Welcome to my farm. 进行交流。

4.培养学生,热爱自然,热爱生活的情感。

 

教学重点:

能正确理解掌握对话,并能朗读表演

 

教学难点:

1.能听懂、会说和会读日常交际用语Welcome to… What are   these/those? They’re… Are these/those…? Yes, they are. /No, they aren’t.
  2.
能听懂、会说、会读和会拼写单词farm, they, those,   apple, pear, orange.

 


教学过程:

 

板块一  独学(围绕自学自研、自由表达2个环节展开教学过程)教学过程:

Step 1. Greeting   and warm up

Greetings.

T:   What’s that ?

板块二 互学(围绕深度学习、归纳提练2个环节展开教学过程)

Step   2Presentation and practice .

Enjoy   a song <Old Macdonald had a farm>

Teach:   What are these/those? They’re….words:cow,duck,pig,chicken.

(1)T:   Look , This is Old Macdonald, he has a farm.(课件出示Old Macdonald人物图及农场图)

新授单词’farm’.(are—farm)

T:   What can we see on the farm?(板书课题:On the farm)

 Ss: …

T:   We can see some fruit and animals on the farm. Now some animals are coming.   Let’s see what they are.

T:(播放鸭子叫声),What’s this?

Ss:鸭子.

T:   It’s a duck.

新授单词:duck(/ʌ/,/ ʌ/duck,大小声读,集体读,开火车读…)

T:(多媒体出示一群鸭子图)What are these?  They’ re ducks.

教授单词these,新授句型 What are these? They’ re….

T:   (教师站在离屏幕较远处指着屏幕中一只奶牛问)What’s that

Ss:   …

T:   It’s a cow.

T:   (教师站在离屏幕较远处指着屏幕中一群奶牛问)What are thoseThey’ re cows.

新授单词those,新授句型What are these? They’ re….

(2)同法学习其余两个动物单词chickenpig(sit, milk—pig,chicken)

(总结: 1.当我们想知道近处的一些物品是什么,可以说:What are these?如果想询问远处的物品,可以说:What are those?2.名词单复数用法总结:当物品数量是两个或两个以上时用名词复数形式,大多直接在名词后面加“s”。如pig-pigsduck-ducks, cow-cows,   chicken-chickens, apple-apples, orange-oranges…)

(3)用身边的物品操练句型看谁说得多而准。
  (4)Say a rhyme
(边说边跟老师做动作)

These   , these, what are these?

Quack,   quack ,they’ re ducks.

Moo,moo,   they’re cows.

Those   ,those, what are those?

Pig,   pig ,they’re pigs.

Those,those,   what are those?

Chicken,chicken,   they’re chickens.

3.   Teach: Are these/those…? Yes, they are./No, they aren’t. words: apple, pear,   orange

(1)T:Boys   and girls,I’m thirsty.(作口渴状)I want to eat some   fruit. Would you like some fruit,too?

Ss:Yes.

TLet’s taste and guess.(让学生闭上眼睛通过品尝水果拼盘中的水果猜一猜是什么水果并学习有关水果单词;pear, apple,   orange)

T:   There are some fruit on the farm. What are they? Let’s guess.(站在离屏幕较近处指着一颗模糊的苹果树问)Are these apples?

Ss:   Yes/No.

新授句型:Are these…? Yes,   they are.

同法新授句型:Are those…? No, they   aren’t.

2)出示多幅图阴影部分,生用所学句型猜,看哪一组猜得多。

Stick   the pictures on the blackboard.

(在黑板上试先画好一个农场轮廓,准备好一些水果,动物图片。师指着相应的地方说句子,如Here’re chickens.学生相应的贴图片。)

Step3   Story time

1.   Look and choose

T:(出示刘涛爷爷图)Look, who is he? He is Liu   Tao’s grandpa. Today Liu Tao went to his grangpa’s farm. Who went there with   him together?

(学生通过看图回答)

 A. Yang Ling    B. Helen     C.     D. Su Hai

T:   What will his grandpa say to Mike?

Ss

T:出示句子Welcome to my farm.(播放录音,学生模仿爷爷的口气说该句子。)

2.   Watch and choose

What   did Mike and Liu Tao see on the farm?

A.   animals     B. toys     C. fruit     D. friends

3.   Listen and circle

出示一些水果与动物图,圈出在动画中出现的水果及动物。

Listen   and repeat(教师指导学生模仿语音语调)

Step 4 Consolidation

1.   Read in roles.

2.师戴上草帽扮演刘涛爷爷与学生示范表演课文。

3.   Act in roles.

4.   Try to make a dialogue by themselves.

A:   Nice to meet you…. Welcome to my farm.

B:   Nice to meet you.

A:   What are these?

B:   They’ re….

A:   What are those?

B:   They’ re….

A:   Are these…?

B:   Yes, they’re…./No, they’re….

Summary:   Today we know some fruit and animals. And fruit is good for our health.‘An   apple a day, the doctor away.’

Step5   Homework.

1.   Know more words about fruit and animals. (了解更多的水果和动物词汇)

2.Use   the sentences“ These are…. Those are….”to introduce Grandpa’s farm.(用These are…. Those are….来介绍爷爷的农场)

3.   Read the dialogue after the tape.

4.   Design a farm you like.(设计一个你喜欢的农场)

教后反思:

本课主要围绕参观Liu Tao’s grandpa’s farm这个话题展开教学。通过欣赏Farm animal song这首歌曲,把学生带入了农场这一教学主题.接着,通过听动物的叫声来猜动物名,增强单词学习的趣味性并且复习了旧句型What’s this/that?It’s....接着刘涛带着他的好朋友Mike参观了他爷爷的农场,让学生为Grandpa’s farm设计一条欢迎标语。通过Watch the cartoon来回答What are they talking about?进入文本学习。通过出示课文中的第23图片引出What are these ?What are those ? 以及They’re…的教学,在这里强调了thesethis的发音。发挥学生主观能动性来区分thesethose接着chant , 帮助学生巩固所学的句型及单词的复数形式。

重点句型:Are these … ? Are those … ?是通过Look and guess小游戏来猜果树上的水果进行寓教于乐。通过创设真实的情境,学生选择图片自由发挥创编对话。课时结束前渗透了情感教育“Animals are our friends we should love them.”利用了文本本生的情境采用了总--总教学,帮助学生整体感悟文本。通过Watch and answer , Read and think,Listen and say,Read   in roles,Act这几个环节来展开的。文本表演时,学生们各各跃跃欲试配上动作,模仿老爷爷说话的腔调。文本句型What are these/ those? They’re…s.学生能掌握但是句型Are these/those …s? Yes, they are ….No, they are ….学生就有点模糊不清了,所以课后还要多巩固练习促进句型的内化、吸收并将之融入对话练习。最后一个文本拓展表演环节时间来不及了,只请了一组学生,需要合理安排时间。
