一、        教学内容  
本课是《牛津小学英语》Book 6A Unit5 的第二课时。
二、教学目标:
1.      四会词汇:holiday, last, National Day., wonderful, fun,
2.      四会句型: Did you …? Yes, I did./ No, I didn’t. What ( else) did you do? I/We …
三、教学重难点:
掌握实义动词的过去式的构成及一般过去时的用法。
四、课前准备:
多媒体课件,学生一张练习纸
教学过程:
Step 1. Free talk and revision.
1.      T: What day/ date is / was it today/ yesterday?
S: …
2.      T: What do you usually do at the weekends?
S: I usually …
T: Did you…last weekend?
S: Yes, I did./ No, I didn’t.
3. 教授 last… 学生说词组。
Step 2. Presentation
1.      课件出示一张201010月课表,圈出101
T: What date is it today?
Ss: It’s the first of october.
T: Yes. And it’s National Day. 教授National Day
Ss: Welcome to our English class, teachers.
   课件圈出1017日。
T: When National Day comes, we have 7days off. We call the 7days the National Day holiday.

2. T: In this National Day holiday, I did many things. Guess, what I did?
   课件呈现图片,学生选择一幅图猜
 S: Did you … in the National Day holiday?
 3.T: See? I did many things in this National Day holiday. I think I had a wonderful holiday.

5. 动词过去式的形式变化及读音规律总结。
Step 3. Part A
1.      T: After the holiday, all the students should come back to school. So do Helen and Nancy.
课件呈现海伦和南希见面的图片及根据课文前言所出的选择题。
   Now, listen to the tape and catch the key words.
2.校对答案。教师示范复述一遍,学生复述。
3T: What are they talking about? Listen to the tape, answer my queations.
   What did Helen and Nancy do last week?
   学生听录音,回答问题:Nancy watched a film. Helen visited a farm.
4.讨论南希的活动
T: We know that Nancy watched a film. And what else do you want to know?
     Can you ask some questions like this: When did Nancy watch the film?
   学生提出问题。
     What film did she watch?
     Who watched the film with Nancy?
     Did she like the film?...
TRead the dialogue about Nancy, then find the answers.

   T: Helen visited a farm. What’s on the farm?
   Ss: There are … on the farm.
   T: What can we do on the farm?
   Ss: We can…
   T: We can do so many things on the farm. I think milking cows is fun.
     What is fun in your opinion?

   T: We can do so many funny things on the farm. What about Helen?
     Let’s listen to the tape, tick the correct answers.
   学生听录音,完成纸上的练习。
   完成练习后,学生描述海伦的假期活动。
 6T: I thind both Helen and Nancy had a wonderful holiday. Let’s write something about their holiday.
    学生完成纸上的练习:fill in the blanks.
 Step 4. Consolidation.
 T: Do you remember my holiday? Listen to me.
 教师描述自己国庆节假期的活动。
 T: Can you say something about your holiday ?
 学生仿照教师的范例描述自己的国庆假期。
