三、教学重难点:
掌握实义动词的过去式的构成及一般过去时的用法。

Step 1. Free talk and revision.
1. T: What day/ date is / was it today/ yesterday?
S: …
2. T: What do you usually do at the weekends?
S: I usually …
T: Did you…last weekend?
S: Yes, I did./ No, I didn’t.
3. 教授 last… 学生说词组。
Step 2. Presentation
1. 课件出示一张2010年10月课表,圈出10月1日。
T: What date is it today?
Ss: It’s the first of october.
T: Yes. And it’s National Day. 教授National Day
Ss: Welcome to our English class, teachers.
课件圈出10月1日到7日。
T: When National Day comes, we have 7days off. We call the 7days the National Day holiday.

1. T: After the holiday, all the students should come back to school. So do Helen and Nancy.
