Unit 6   Doing housework

第一课时 (B.Look,read and learn)

教学目标:

1.  三会掌握单词和短语stand,sit,run,sweep the floor,clean the windows,wash clothes。

2.四会掌握单词sleep,jump,walk.

2.激发学生学习英语的兴趣,提高他们的口语能力,并能做到学以致用。

3.培养学生热爱运动、能帮父母做家务的良好习惯。

教学重点:三会或四会掌握本课的单词和短语

教学难点:对现在进行时的初步理解.

教学准备:录音机,单词卡片,电子秤,一张操场学生运动图,小黑板,折叠单词卡

教学过程:

Step 1Warming--up exercise

Simon says:Stand up.Sit down.

Step 2.Presentation

1.T:xxx,stand on it(电子秤),please.

Look,he is standing.

Oh,you’re thin/fat.

呈现折叠单词卡standing,读这两个词语.

T:xxx,sit on the chair,please.

Look,she’s sitting.

呈现折叠单词卡sitting. 读这两个词语

2.T:Boys and girls,I know you like singing.Yes?

Ss:Yes,we do.

T:OK,let’s sing “We can sing and dance”OK?

Ss:OK.

T:Listen,we are singing now.

T:Are we having a Music lesson now?No,we are having an English lesson now.And we are going to learn Unit 6 Doing housework.

Step 3 Presentation and practice

1.T: Here’s a picture.Look,they are having a PE lesson.What can we do in the playground?

S:We can play basketball/play football/run/…

T:Yes,we can do exercise in the playground.Sometimes we can run,sometimes we can walk,and sometime we can jump.呈现单词卡片run,walk,jump并教学.

2.Play a game:Listen and do

3.Chant:What can I do?I can run.

What can I do?I can walk.

What can I do?I can jump.

4.教师出示单词,一生按照该单词做动作

T:What can he/she do?

Ss:He/She can run/walk/jump.

Step 4.Presentation and practice

1.T:Boys and girls,I’m very tired.Are you tired,too?

Ss:Yes,we are.

T:OK.Let’s sleep on the desk.OK?

Ss:OK.

T:Look,I’m sleeping now.(教师故意打呼噜)

T:Now,get up,boys and girls.

2. T: Boys and girls. Do you go to school on Saturdays and Sundays?

Ss: No, we don’t.

T: Me, too. We stay at home.But what can you do at home?

S1,2,3…: I can do my homework/watch TV/read books/play computer game…

T: Oh, I see. But what can you do for your Mum? Can you do housework for your Mum?

Ss: Yes, we can.

T: Good children! You are very useful and helpful.I think your mum will be very happy.Can you sweep the floor/clean the windows/wash clothes?

Ss: Yes, we can.

教学短语:sweep the floor, clean the windows, wash clothes

(让学生通过对sleep 和sweep 的比较,自己读出sweep.

教三个短语时,辅之与动作)

3.T:I can sweep the floor,clean the windows and wash clothes.What can you do for your mother?

S:I can sweep the floor/clean the windows/wash clothes.

Step 5.Consolidation

1.T: OK! We’ve learned so many new words. Let’s listen and read them.

 Ss: OK!(学生先听一遍课本录音,接着打开书跟读录音,再自由朗读。)

2.T: Boys and girls, let’s say a ryhme.

 Ss: Yeah!

站是stand, 坐是sit,

go to sleep去睡觉。

早上锻炼身体好,

Run, run, run away,

Jump, jump, one two jump.

Walk, walk, take a walk.

自己事情要自己做,

Wash, wash, wash clothes.

Clean, clean, clean the windows

Sweep, sweep, sweep the floor.

3.Play a game:Listen and do

请几位学生上台,教师发指令stand,sit,sleep,run,sweep the floor等,T:Look,they are standing/sitting/running/walking/sweeping the floor/…发直折叠单词卡running,walking,jumping,sleeping,,sweeping,cleaning,washing.让学生找出规律,教师讲解“现在进行时”,让学生初步感知。

Step 6.Test in class

* 给下面的图片找出合适的单词或短语。

** 选词填空。

1.Don’t _____ on the chair,please _____ on the chair.(sit,stand)

2.--Where’s Ben?

--Look,he’s _____in the plyground.(run,running,running)

3.Don’t _____ out of the window.It’s dangerous(危险的)(clean,cleaning,jump,jumping)

Step 7 Homework

1.      抄写本课的生词.

2.      背诵本课生词并默写.

3.      预习本单元C和D部分.

教学目标:

1.掌握四会句型What are you doing?I’m/We’re…What is he/she doing?He’s/She’s…

2.能正确运用现在进行时询问别人正在干什么,初步形成用英语交际和解决问题的能力。

3.引导学生形成敢于体验、实践、参与和合作的学习方式。

教学重\难点:四会以上交际句型。

教学准备:录音机,图片,写好动词短语的白纸,

教学过程:

Step 1.Revision

1. Listen to the song“What are you doing?”

2. Look and say(师做动作,生说单词)

Step 2.Presentation and practice

1. T:Now,I do,you guess.(run,sit)

T:Yes,I’m running/sitting.板书,跟读。

2. 讲解现在进行时的语法知识和句型结构(主语+be动词+动词的现在分词)

对现在分词进行归类A)standing   B)dancing    C)sitting

                    singing       writing      running

                    cleaning      making      swimming

3. T:Can you jump?

S:Yes,I can.(生跳)

T:What are you doing?

S:I’m jumping.板书该句型,跟读。

让几个学生做动作(swim,sing,dance,skate,ski)

Ss:What are you doing?

S:I’m swimming/singing/dancing/skating/skiing.

4.让全体学生做动作(walk)

T:What are you doing?

Ss:We’re walking.(教师帮助说出),板书该句型,跟读。

全体学生做动作(play the guitar/violin,play football/basketball),操练We’re …

5. 打开书本,练习C.Ask and answer.(看图进行小组问答练习;同桌学生选择一幅图进行对话扩充,然后表演。)

Step 3.Presentation and Practice

1. T:Look,what is he doing?(出示男孩扫地图片)

S:He’s sweeping the floor.(如不会,师帮助其说出)板书该句型,跟读。

T:What is she doing?(出示女孩唱歌图片)

S:She’s singing.板书该句型,跟读。

2.Chant:What is he doing? What is he doing?

He’s sweeping the floor. He’s sweeping the floor.

What is she doing?What is she doing?

She is singing.She is singing.

3.打开书本,练习D.Look and say. (看图进行小组问答练习;同桌学生选择一幅图进行对话扩充,然后表演。)

Step 4.Writing

学生分别在C.D部分各选择两幅图,把对话写在练习本上。

Step 5.Test in class
