5A Unit8   A Camping Trip

 教材简析:

<< 牛津小学英语>>5A Unit 8 A camping trip 本单元的核心教学内容围绕 “野营旅行” 展开。通过孩子们在营地相互展示所带物品的情景,引出一些日常生活用品的词汇。本堂课是本单元的第一课时,主要为教学新词汇和句型结构作铺垫,在教学中教师要采用多种形式让学生进行操练,使学生熟练掌握句型和词汇。

单元教学目标:

语言知识目标:

1.能四会掌握词汇 a pot, a stove, a tent, a telescope, a tin-opener, a tin of, a towel, a blanket.
2.能四会掌握句型 What do you have? I have….   What does he/ she have? He/She has….
3.能使用英语进行有关本课话题的简单交际,通过讨论、合作等方式,发展综合语言技能。

1、学习单词及词组

          板书句型 I have….

          板书单词 a tent

          引导学生,就自己的文具用品用黑板上的句型说句子。

b  T: You are so clever! I have some things for the camping trip. Do you want to know what do I have? 板书句子What do I have?

     (点击课件出现数字选择界面)

      Choose a number, then you can see it.

c 让学生自己选择一个数字,便会出现本单元的单词图片,点击空白部分,出现单词。

(只要点击生词图片就能回到数字选择界面)

用句子What do I have? You have….. 教单词pot, stove, blanket, telescope, towel, tin-opener.

学生听录音,模仿跟读单词。

2、学习、操练句型I / You / We / They have…

       在这样轻松的氛围里,学生不仅及时地训练了新学的生词,而且有效地

呈现和训练了I / You / We / They have…这一句型。

           教师用课堂上现有的实物针对本部分的句型做示范,并请基础较好的学生模仿做示范。

           组织学生进行小组看图对话。

           请学生发言,并评选出说得最好的学生,以此来激励学生。

       (点击课件用整齐圧韵的句子进行D部分的句型热身)

       这样把枯燥的句型生动地呈现出来,又为进一步训练作好了辅垫。

    d  T: Let’s ask and answer!

       (点击课件,出现C部分画面)

C  Consolidation

1、让一位学生上讲台来抽已学过的单词图片,其余地学生用句型来提问,让抽签的学生来猜着来用句子来回答。

2、再一用这个游戏,请两个学生到讲台上来,一位学生面向全体学生并抽出一张图片让全体学生看一下,并向背对着大家的那位学生提问What does he/ she have? ,让该同学猜着回答。

3、教师提供其它情景让学生继续操练单词和句型。

E  Assign homework

1、朗读并抄写单词及词组。(自己制作生词图片)

2、C部分1、4幅图,D部分1、4幅图,用书面形式完成在作业本上。

3、预习A、H部分。

一、教学内容

《义务教育课程标准实验教科书 牛津小学英语》5A 第八单元,第二教时(新授)Part A(Read and say)  Part H( Sing a song)

二、教学目标

1、能正确地听说读写词语children, hill, show, fish

2、能正确地听说读词语camping site, a tin of ,camping trip, tent, pot, stove, blanket, telescope, towel, tin-opener.

3、能正确地听说读写句型What do you / they have? I/ We/ You/ They have… What does she /he have? She /He has…

4、能正确地运用对话中的日常交际用语 Look, …and… are  coming. Great!

5、能正确理解、掌握对话内容,并能朗读、初步表演对话。

6、能运用本课所学语言围绕“野营旅行”这个话题开展语言交际,并注意引导学生用上本单元的句型。

7、初步学唱本单元的歌曲。

三、教学重点

能正确地理解掌握对话内容,并能朗读、初步表演对话。

四、教学难点

能比较流畅地朗读对话,并能在掌握对话的基础上运用本课语言描述野营旅行情况。

A  Free talk

1、Greetings.

通过chat让学生在节奏中复习上节课所学的重点句型。

B Presentation and practice

1、Sing a song.

   先请学生齐读课题 A camping trip.

   T: Yes, we are going on a camping trip, a camping trip! What do you have?

T:Please answer my question.(学生每人都有做的物体卡片)

(1)Q: What do you have?

(并指一名学生问)

         S1: I have a pot.

       (2)Q: What does she have?

(并指一个女生问另一学生问)

          S2: She has a coat.

       (3)Q: What do you have?

(并指第一小组的学生问)

          Ss: We have some (big) tents.

       (4) Q: What do they have?

         (并指第二小组的学生问其他几组的学生)

        (操练过后)T:Good! Let’s sing a song! (点击课件出现歌曲,组织学生齐读歌词,可替换歌词)

    2、介绍本课对话的背景知识

a 看课文动画,了解背景。 T:Listen and answer.

播放本课对话的引言部分。教师问学生关于引言部分的问题

T: Who are near the hill?

  What are they doing?

 组织学生根据所看的课文动画来回答问题

b 看图介绍课文场景, 并组织学生跟读背景材料

   (点击出现背景材料和录音)

学习单词children, hill, show及词组camping site, each other

3、呈现课文(将课文分成三部分来呈现)。

引导学生看图说话。教师呈现课文第一部分场景

(II)(播放Liu Tao和David的对话)当学生听完录音后,教师问:Who has a big tent? 

           What does David have?

           Where is Nancy?

(点击课件出示问题)

组织学生回答。

    (III)( 点击课件出现课文图片,让学生再次听录音,并表演本部分对话)

        T: Let’s read and say.

与学生一起看图,并教授词组a tin of chicken, a tin of fish.

T: Look! What does Yang Ling have?

S: She has a tin-opener.

T: Yes, she can use it to open a tin (点击课件出现单词tin).

Look! Helen has two tins.

   They are a tin of chicken and a tin of fish.

(II)(播放Helen和Yang Ling的对话)组织学生听录音,教师问 :

What does Mike have?

     Where are the girls going to go and have a see?

(点击课件出示问题) 组织学生回答。

    (III)(点击课件出现课文图片,让学生再次听录音,并表演本部分对话)

        T: Let’s read and say.

与学生一起看图,让学生回答下列问题:

  (点击课件出现一个简单的填空题)

 (II)  (点击课件,播放Helen和Yang Ling的对话)组织学生听录音,并检查一下看图填空的内容。
 T: Let’s listen and check the blanks.

   (III)  (点击课件出现课文对话,让学生再次听录音,并表演本部分对话)

        T: Let’s read and say.

C、 Listen, read and say

   1、(点击课件播放整篇课文)T: Let’s listen !

   2、学生分组分角色朗读对话,教师巡视并给予个别辅导。

   3、学生代表上台表演。

D、 Consolidation

  1、安排学生在小组内围绕本课话题,讨论运用句型采访同学,了解同学的为野营旅行所准备些哪些物品。

    2、“野营小队”活动评比。以小队为单位,设计安排小队野营的集体活动,小队用英语向全班说明其准备方案。评出最好的准备方案。

E、 Assign homework

  1、听录音,用正确的语音语调朗读本课对话。

  2、抄写单词children, hill, show, fish并自测默。

  3、课后,运用句型以打电话的形式,了解亲朋好友的出行方式,并对话记录。

  4、做好复习、预习Part E。

一、教学内容:

《牛津小学英语》5A第八单元E-F部分E部分出现了语篇教学,这是一个描写娃娃或动物玩具特点的语篇,主要复习动词have/has的用法及训练学生阅读理解的能力,F部分内容是Make and say是将手工制作和句型操练结合起来,力求让学生达到学中玩,玩中学的目的。

二、教学目的及要求:

1、学生能够阅读并朗读本语篇

2、能听懂F部分制作面具的口令,并能描述所做面具的特征

三、教学重、难点:

1、能听、说、读、写单词:bear、panda、elephant、monkey、doll及词组a lot of toys、long hair、big ears、jump and run。

四、本课类型:New lesson

五、教学方法:Listening、Speaking、Reading、Writing、Playing、Singing。

六、教具准备:

英语单词卡片,各种动物玩具,多媒体课件

七、教学过程:

Step1 Revision  (four minutes)

T: Good morning, boys and girls.

Ss: Good morning, Miss Peng.

T: Nice to meet you.

Ss: Nice to meet you, too.

T: What are we doing now?

Ss: We’re having an English class.

T: What do we have in the classroom?

Ss: We have a blackboard / a teacher’s desk / some desks and chairs……/ a computer……

T: What do we have on the blackboard?

Ss: We have some English words and sentences. And we have a topic, too.

T: What’s the name of the topic?

Ss: A camping trip.

T: Yes, Today we’ll learn Unit 8. A camping trip.

Step2  presentation (ten nimutes)

T: Let’s sing a song about camping trip. The first, please listen then  arswer my questions. What do they have?

(1) 放歌曲无歌词。(课件中)

(2) Ss: They have a pot. / a coat / big tens / some fruit.

(3) Check the answers. (出现歌词,齐唱)

(设计意图;通过一首flash 动画“What do you have ?”来调动同学们的兴趣,让学生在歌声中复习本节课的主要句型。)

T: They have a pot / a coat / some fruit / a big tents. What do we have?

Ss: We have a box of chocolate / a stove / a blanket ……

T: We can also have some toys.

T: Look. I have a lot of toys. (教学 a lot of toys 领读)

Guess: What are these? Look and guess.

(1) It has long hair. What’s this? (领读Long hair 长发)

Ss: It’s a bear.(领读bear)

(2) It’s thin. What’s this?

Ss: It’s a monkey.(领读monkey, thin)

(设计意图:通过猜谜活动先说出动物类单词,训练了学生的阅读能力,活跃了学生的思维,又为E回答部分问题埋下伏笔。)

Step3. Listening and comprehersion ( fifteen minutes)

1. Listen to the tape. (课件中放声音)。

(1)Questions

a: How many people are there in the story?

Who are they?

b: How many toys are there in the story?

What are they?  (屏幕打出)

(学生回答出出问题后,打出答案)

2. 让学生阅读课文,回答问题

T: Open your English book, read by yourself then answer the questions.

Questions:

a: Who has a bear? Which animal has long hair?

b: Who has an elephant? Which animal has big ears?

Answers:

(1) I have a bear. It has long hair.

(2) My sister has an elephant. It has big ears.

3. Read the passage together.

4. Reading competition. (评价)

Step 4. Make and say. (ten minutes)

T: At a camping site. We can have a party. Let’s make a face. Let me show you how to make a face.

First: Draw a face. (领读)

(2) The seond: Colour and cut out the face.

(3) The third: Make a small hole.

(4) The last: Use a string.

T: Look. I have a face now. Who can describe it?

设计意图:(让学生画好脸谱后,模仿课文描述自己脸谱的特征,在此基础上选出3个脸谱,让学生带上,改编歌曲,同时也是和课前What do you have?这首歌起到前后呼应效果。在歌声中开始,在歌声中结束的目的。

Step5 Homework (one minute)

1. 模仿课文描述自己和同伴的玩具,力求创新。

2. 根据自己的面具写一段话描述的短文。

(1)巩固“四会”单词、词组及句型并能灵活运用。

(2)能熟练综合运用本单元交际用语。

(4) It can dance. She’s a lovely girl.

(5) It can jump and run.

(6) It’ s has a long nose. Two big ears.

(谜面并不限定以上句子,学生也可通过表情、动作来让其它同学猜),猜对的表扬。

C) Tongue twister (绕口令)

(给出四个单词让学生发挥想象力编句子)

d) Let’s have a party.

 Put on your masks.(根据各自的面具相互评价)
