能力目标：1.用所学单词和句型，学习和分享绘本《My Mum》.

          2.用绘本中的语言来描述自己的父母。

情感目标：提升绘本主旨，唤起学生情感共鸣。

教学过程

Step1.Pre-reading

Sharing the book<my dad>

T: Hello, boys and girls. We have learned the story<my dad> on 17zuoye. This story is written by Anthony. So, Whose dad is he?

S: He’s Anthony’s dad.

T: What do you think of his dad?

You can talk about like this.

出示：He’s a ____ dad. He can______. He is as…as…

First discuss in your group, then share.

It’s time to share.

S:

  He’s brilliant.

T: How brilliant/wise / wonderful is he?      

S: He is a brilliant singer. I think he can sing well.

  He is as wise as an owl.

  He can swim like a fish.

在学生的交流中，提炼出形容词brilliant, great, fantastic, wise, soft……

句型 can…like

     as…as

     can…

带着学生复述，ppt出示三幅有all right的图。并把提炼出 Mr All right。

Maybe he can jump like a frog. He can sing like a bird. He is as lovely as a panda….

让学生畅所欲言。

Step2: While-reading

read the book<my mum>

T: What about his mum? Guess!

S: I think she’s a fantastic mum.

  She’s a ….

  Can she ….?

T: So wonderful. I think you can find the answers by yourself after reading it.

Then，discuss in group. What do you think of his mum?

Step3. After- reading

From your reading and sharing. We know Anthony has a brilliant dad and mum.

Is his dad really as big as a house?

Can his mum fly? Can she sing like an angle?

S:No.

T: It’s just in Anthony’s eyes, his dad and mum can do anything. They’re super. And in his parents’ eyes, Anthony is a superboy. They love each other. These two books are full of love. Do you love your dad and mum?

T: Talk about your dad and mum like Anthony.

   My mum is a _____woman. She _________.__________

Step4.Homework

1.     Write a passage about your dad and mum.

2.     Read the picture books on 17 zuoye.
