Stept 1: Free talk
1. A: Do you like…?
   B: Yes./ No. I like…
2.A:Can you…?
   B: Yes./No. But I can…

Ss: Ask and answer in pairs.
 
Free talk时,用Do you like…? Can you…?等句型来谈论各自的喜好和所能。
Step 2. Presentation
1. T: (Show a picture of Page 44 and Page 45.)
It
s Sunday morning.
(1) Who can you see in the picture?
(2)Where are they?
  T: They
re at home.
  T: Teach the phrase:at home
(3)What are Su Hai and Su Yang doing?
2. T: Yes. Su Yang and Su Hai are doing housework. (
教师按玩具电话键,使其响起来)Now the telephone is ringing.
T: Look at the picture.
Su Hai and Su Yang are doing housework. Nancy is doing her homework. They are not free now.
T: Are you free?
T: Check.
2.T:Now, boys and girls. Let
s listen to the tape, then answer my question Why is Nancy calling?

 
3.T:Yes. She cant doing her homework. She is asking Su Hai to help her with her Maths. 
1.Ss: Look at the pictures. Try to answer the questions.
(1) I can see Nancy, Su Hai and Su Yang.
(2) They are
(3) Theyre doing housework.
3.Ss: Learn to spell the word.
 Ss:Learn to say and spell the phrase.
4. Ss:Try to understand the sentence.
5.Learn to say and spell the word  ring.
Ss: Yes.(No.)
Ss: Understand and learn to say the word free.
Ss: Learn to say
Are you free?
Ss: Ask and answer in pairs.
2.Ss: Listen to the tape.
在谈话中,我对会唱歌的学生说Sing a song, please.从而引出Listen! She’s singing.
 
在教学Can you come and help me with my Maths?时,由于这一句比较长,学生比较难记忆,我就先让学生记忆help me with my Maths,然后再记忆come and help me with my Maths,循序渐进,学生在课上的反应也不错。

形式多样的操练,是句型和单词巩固不在枯燥。
