Stept 1: Free talk 1 Who’s on duty today? Do you have any hobbies? 2 Do you like …? What do you usually do on Saturdays/Sundays?				I am. Yes, I do. I like …. Yes, I do. No, I don’t. I usually ….			真实有效的环境能加深学生的印象。
Step 2. Presentation 1 出示图片: Look at my pictures. There are many insects. Look, this is an ant. Do you like it? Teach: insect     ant I like watching ants. How about you? How do you think of these ants? 同法学习单词： butterfly, dragonfly, firefly,  grasshopper, bee 2 放录音 3 Play a game. 展示图片的一个角，让学生猜猜是什么昆虫。				Me, too. They are very small.   Beautiful They can dance and fly.   They have long legs. They like flowers.			教授这些词时，我采用先观察图片后学习描述的方法帮助学生以旧带新，增强口头表达能力。学生在描述时教师有意识地引导他们先说外形再说本领，使学生在图片创建的英语环境中能有条理地描述这些昆虫。

Teach: often 3 逐一出示图片，让学生操练句型 Teach: catch insects 4 Do a survey:调查班机学生在周末都干些什么。				跟读并拼读。 How do you spend your weekends? I often …. 跟读并拼读。 进行调查活动，并做好记录。			教学时以What do you usually do on Saturdays and Sundays?引出新句型，学生在全英文状态下借助已有的知识轻松领会新句型的含义，是一个不错的选择。
Step4:Assign homework 1.Copy and recite the new words. 2.Read the dialogue.
